Find which release first shipped your commit

Paste a GitHub repo and commit SHA. Track it directly, or via the PR that merged it (works with squash merges).

Uses the public GitHub API. Only checks releases/tags at or after the commit (or PR merge) time, plus a 1-day skew. Prefers GitHub Releases; otherwise git tags. Via PR resolves squash/rebase merges.
